This Permit is issued in accordance with The Code of the Town of Dover, Chapter 337, STREETS AND SIDEWALK, Article II, “Right of Way Encroachments and Permits” (the Code). The Code form this Agreement, and all are fully a part of the Agreement as if attached to this Agreement or repeated herein. The Permitee covenants that he has read the Code and will follow them, the “Specifications of the Town of Dover for Right of Way Encroachments”
