This Agreement is made between THE TOWN OF GLENVILLE, (the “Town”), acting by and through its Glenville Police Department (the “Glenville Police Department”), a municipal corporation of the State of New York, having its principal office located at 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York 12302, and Scotia-Glenville Central School District ("School District"), having its principal office located at 900 Preddice Parkway, Scotia, New York 12302 and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2024.
