THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , 2022 between the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, a municipal corporation, hereinafter the “TOWN,” with its office located at 155 F Road, Loxahatchee Groves, Florida 33470, and Johnson- Davis, Incorporated, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter the “CONTRACTOR”, with a mailing address of 604 Hillbrath Drive, Lantana, Florida 33462.
