This agreement made this day of , 2024 (“Agreement”), by and between the Town of Mount Airy, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, party of the first part (hereafter the “Town”) and Zbynek Omeka, and any and all of his heirs, assigns or successors in interest, parties of the second part (hereafter collectively referred to collectively as the “Owner”). Town and Owner shall be collectively referred to as “the Parties”.

Full, parties of the second part (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Developer”). Sandy Spring Bank joins in this Agreement for the sole purpose of subordinating its rights to that of the Town pursuant to this Agreement, without undertaking any of the responsibilities and legal obligations of the Developer under this Agreement.
