I, , the undersigned, on my own behalf and on behalf of any agents acting on my behalf (collectively the “Releasors”), agree to forever release the Town of Southampton (“Town”), and all its employees, officials, agents, and volunteers (collectively the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, rights of action, causes of action, damages, costs, compensation and attorneys’ fees, that may have arisen in the past, or may arise in the future, directly or indirectly, from any injuries or damages including personal injuries resulting from my voluntary access to Town-owned property for the purposes of cutting and/or removing a certain amount of wood logs, which I wish to acquire from the Town at no additional cost to me.
