This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective this day of , 20192023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Williston, (hereinafter “Town”)”), a Vermont municipality in the County of Chittenden and State of Vermont, and Catamount Outdoor Family Center, Inc., a Vermont non-profit corporation with its principal place of business in Williston, Vermont (hereinafter "Licensee").
