THIS AGREEMENT, made on this day of , 2008, by and between the TOWNSHIP OF DEPTFORD, a municipal corporation of the County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, having an address at 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey 08096 (hereinafter referred to as the "Township"), and WASHINGTON'S CROSSING AT LOCUST GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., for and on behalf of the unit owners having an address in c/o Wentworth Property Management, 335 Juneberry Way, Deptford, NJ 08096 (hereinafter referred to as the "Qualified Private Community").
