This Township Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this [___] day of [___], 2017, by and between the Township of Turtlecreek, Warren County, Ohio (the “Township”), the Community Authority of Union Village (the “Authority”), a political subdivision and body corporate and politic of the State of Ohio created as a new community authority pursuant to Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code by Resolution No. [___] adopted on [___], 2017 by the Board of County Commissioners of Warren County, Ohio. All terms capitalized where the rules of grammar would not so require shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Declaration, as hereinafter defined.
