THIS CONTRACT, dated this ________ day of _______________, 2024, between the INGHAM COUNTY LAND BANK FAST TRACK AUTHORITY, a Michigan public corporation, whose address is 3024 Turner Street, Lansing, Michigan 48906 (hereinafter the “Land Bank”) and _________________________________, whose address is _________________________ (hereinafter “Contractor”), sets forth the terms and conditions for work to be performed pursuant to “RFP Reo/Hillcrest 06-2023”.
