The “GSMA” logo and “MWC Barcelona” logo are valuable assets owned by GSMA Ltd. and/or the GSM Association (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the GSMA”). Use of these trademarks for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the GSMA may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws.
