TRADEMARK AND TRADE NAME LICENSE AGREEMENT THIS TRADEMARK AND TRADE “NAME LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 26, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between HARRIS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Harris” or “Licensor”), and HARRIS STRATEX NETWORKS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Licensee”).
