THIS License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between VULCAN ENTERPRISES US, LTD. (“Licensor”), a Wyoming corporation, and ALQ Gold Corp. ( “Licensee”), a Canadian Company, located at #202, 5626 Larch Street, Vancouver, BC, V6M 4E1, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”, and is effective as of the date the transactions contemplated under the Share Exchange Agreement among the Licensee, the Licensor, Veritas Investment, Ltd. and Vulcan Enterprises SKN, Ltd. close (“Effective Date”).
