This Agreement for Enforcement of the Traffic Control Jurisdiction Laws of the State (hereinafter “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of , 2021 between the City of Westlake, a Florida municipal corporation, by and through its City Council (hereinafter “City”) and The Meadows of Westlake Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter “Association,” and together with the City, the “Parties”) which is responsible for the operation and management of a private residential community located in the City of Westlake in Palm Beach County, Florida known as the Meadows (the “Development”).
