This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Santa Rosa County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County"), by and through its Board of County Commissioners, and Heritage Park Owners Association, Inc., a Florida not for-profit corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 617, Florida Statutes ("Association").
