This Traffic Signal Components Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of North Las Vegas, a Nevada municipal corporation (the “City”) and Advanced Traffic Products, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Provider”).
