This Credit Card Account Agreement (Agreement) and the Account Disclosures accompanying this Agreement will govern your VISA Credit Card and account issued by Trailhead Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement the words “you,” “your,” “yours”, “applicant,” and “Borrowers” mean any person who signs the application for this Account, any joint obligor, guarantor, authorized user, or the person whose name is embossed on the Card.
