THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 17th day of January, 2023, by and between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, on behalf of its Fire Medical Rescue Department (hereinafter the “Buckeye Fire Department”), and Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation (hereinafter “APS”), to provide coordination, training, and education for the intent of preplanning emergency response activities. Buckeye Fire Department and APS are the only parties to this Agreement.
