Against TPP, Indonesia faces a more complicated issue, since it is considered essentially a liberalization of trade and investment. This study aims to analyze the prospect of the position of Indonesia if it joined the TPP. The research method used is qualitative with literature study technique. This research method aims to examine the condition of natural objects, which a researcher is regarded as a key instrument. The results show that TPP is actually a proof of foreign diplomacy in offering various theories in understanding and explaining the phenomenon of international relations. If Indonesia participates in this trade agreement it will have a long-term effect on Indonesia's Domestic Politics and Economy. TPP may be signed if the issues expressed by academic groups and interested parties can be solved first..
