In order to qualify for the TAG Agreement, Jersey College students must graduate with an associate’s degree in Nursing (NOTE: A degree in Practical Nursing is not eligible for Admission) with a cumulative GPA of 2.5, and successfully complete the courses indicated in the tables below with a 2.0 or higher, in addition to meeting the requirements for admission to Walden’s RN-MSN program. All credits will be converted to the equivalent value for Walden credit.
