Each Party shall provide the data set(s) described in its respective Signature Page (the “Data”) to the other Parties for the research purpose set forth in Attachment 1 (the “Project”). Each Party is a Providing Party when providing Data and a Receiving Party when receiving Data. Providing Party shall retain ownership of any rights it may have in its Data and does not transfer any rights in the Data to the other Parties other than as set forth herein.
