Palm Beach County, (the “County”), being the stated beneficiary of this agreement, Phoenix Real Estate Associates, Inc., (“Developer”) and Robert S. Forman, P.A., Trust Account (the “Escrow Agent”), in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, hereby agree as follows:
