DBA Cedarville Marine (“CM”) and The Owner/Additional Crew (“The Owner”) is subject to the Slip Rental Terms & Conditions and Marina Rules on the following page two pages, which The Owner has carefully read and acknowledges.

Lessee agrees to pay rent in US dollars, in full upon signing this agreement and will not sub lease the whole or any part of the boat slip without the consent of CBM.
