THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of January, 2002, by and between the RAPID CITY MPO (hereinafter called the MPO), and the firm of BLACK HILLS COUNCIL OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. (hereinafter called the CONSULTANT), for the purpose of providing transit planning assistance for the Rapid Transit System.
