This TRANSITION AGREEMENT, PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, AND GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 1, 2019, by and between Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc.
