This contract (hereinafter “Contract”) is made by the Washington State Investment Board, 2100 Evergreen Park Drive SW, P.O. Box 40916, Olympia, Washington 98504-0916 (hereinafter “the WSIB”) and [FIRM], a duly authorized fiduciary with respect to WSIB assets (hereinafter “the Contractor”) as a transition manager to provide as-required portfolio transition management services for investment portfolios. The WSIB and FIRM are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
