This TRANSITION MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT, dated as of May 3, 2023 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between KENVUE INC., a Delaware corporation (“Kenvue”), and JOHNSON & JOHNSON, a New Jersey corporation (“J&J”).
