This TRANSITION SERVICES, SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS (this “Release” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Health Net, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Angelee F.
