This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “ISA-TP Agreement” or this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2000, by and among [TRANSMISSION PROVIDER’S NAME](the “Transmission Provider” or “TP”) and the Arizona Independent Scheduling Administrator Association (the “Az ISA”). The TP and the Az ISA are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
