This Brief is to be read in conjunction with the Memorandum of Agreement, General Conditions of Employment of Engineering and Associated Consultants for a Feasibility Assignment (1997 Edition) (hereafter referred to as the General Conditions of Employment), Special Conditions of Employment and Schedule of Fees. For the avoidance of doubt but without prejudice to Clause 7 of the General Conditions of Employment, the performance of the Services specified herein shall be subject to Clause 22 of the General Conditions of Employment.
