PROGRAM FORUM AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 11th day of July, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the County of Weld, the Cities of Brighton, Dacono, and Longmont, and the Towns of Erie, Frederick, Firestone, Lochbuie and Mead, all such parties being referred to collectively herein as the “Agencies.”
