This Locally Funded Agreement (“Agreement”), entered into this day by and between the State of Florida Department of Transportation hereinafter called the DEPARTMENT, and the City of Lake Worth Beach, located at 7 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth, Florida, 33460, hereinafter called the PARTICIPANT.
