This Medicine Bow Loop Transportation Precedent Agreement ("Loop Agreement") dated July ___, 2000, is between Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. (“WIC”) and Enron North America ("Enron"). In consideration of the mutual promises of the parties, WIC and Enron agree as follows:
