This Amended and Restated Transportation Project and Pledge Agreement (this “Agreement”) entered into this day of , 2021 amends and restates the Transportation Project and Pledge Agreement first entered into as of the 9th day of July, 2013, between HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and the HIDALGO COUNTY REGIONAL MOBILITY AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), a regional mobility authority existing under Chapter 370 of the Texas Transportation Code and political subdivision of the State of Texas.

ADMIN. CODE §§ 26.1 et seq. and is a body politic and corporate and political subdivision of the State; and
