AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Airport Research and Development Foundation’s Transportation Security Clearinghouse (“Clearinghouse”) and Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, by and through its Augusta Aviation Commission (“Airport”), who, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

An Order authorizing the County Administrator to execute a Transportation Security Clearinghouse Services Agreement with the Airport Research and Development Foundation’s Transportation Security Clearinghouse has been prepared as an item for the October 3, 2018, Board Meeting agenda. The Agreement has been approved by County Counsel as to legal sufficiency and is on file in the County Administrator’s Office.
