This TSPLOST Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, a Georgia municipal corporation (“Municipality”) and CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Consultant”) as of day of , 2017 (“Effective Date”). The Municipality and the Consultant shall be jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
