Be it known that the parties, acting on behalf of their nations through peaceful dialogue and diplomacy; hereby formally declare each other’s recognition as sovereign entities, and as a basement for such decision, deliberate:

This Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall be between the Governments of the New Rubix Republic and the Government of the Republic of Tinland, at each of their consent, to establish goodwill and respect each of them; and for all purposes relating to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition, the said Governments shall be, hereinafter, described as “The Parties”.
