The City and Contractor are each a “Party” to the Agreement or together are “Parties” to the Agreement.

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Litchfield Park, Arizona, a municipal corporation, hereinafter designated as “Litchfield Park” and West Coast Arborists, Inc., a California corporation hereinafter designated as the “Vendor.”
