The Copado Trial Org Access Terms (the “Agreement”) are entered into between Copado, Inc. (“Copado”) and the entity whose details are submitted during enrollment and setup of a trial org (“Client”). This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance of these Terms. Copado and Client are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
