The Athlete (as defined below) acknowledges that World Triathlon is the sole world governing body for the sports of Triathlon, Paratriathlon, Duathlon and its related other Multisport world-wide and that World Triathlon is recognized by the IOC and the IPC, is a member of ASOIF and Sport Accord, and the Athlete understands and accepts that taking part in any World Triathlon Event during the 2021 season is conditional upon the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
