These NetSuite TribeHR Terms (the “TribeHR Terms”) are entered into by and between NetSuite Inc. (“NetSuite”) and the entity or person placing an order for the TribeHR Service (as defined below) (“you” or “Customer”). These TribeHR Terms permit you to place orders for the TribeHR Service pursuant to an Estimate/Order Form and sets forth the terms and conditions under which the TribeHR Service will be delivered and the associated terms and conditions related to your use of the TribeHR Service.
