WHEREAS the Customer has acknowledged and agreed to the CBF Special Conditions for Securities Lending and the Supplementary Conditions to the Special Conditions for Securities Lending (together "the Special Conditions") under which the Customer will enter, from time to time, as borrower into lending transactions initiated and concluded in the CBF securities lending system (the "Lending Transactions").
