This TRIPLE NET COMMERCIAL LEASE (“Lease”), is made and entered into this 23 day of October, 2015 by and between Shep Does Stuff LLC, a Montana limited liability company of Montana herein referred to as “Landlord”, and BACTERIN INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Nevada corporation of 600 Cruiser Lane, Belgrade, Montana 59714, herein referred to as “Tenant”.
