The undersigned Club and the Texas Rugby Union (“TRU”) agree that the Club may play full contact 7s, 10s, or 15s rugby union friendly matches while the TRU remains in “Stage 4+” of USA Rugby’s Return to Play Guidelines so long as the Club complies with the terms of this Agreement.
