This Trualta Platform Licence Agreement, any Addenda attached hereto or referenced herein are incorporated into each Order Form between Trualta, LLC (“Trualta”) and the customer set forth in the Order Form (“Customer”) and shall govern the provision of the Services to Customer by Trualta, as set forth in the applicable Order Form. The Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date of Customer’s first executed Order Form (“Effective Date”) and will continue until otherwise terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
