This Asphalt Trucking Transportation Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated effective as of January 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Western Refining Wholesale, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Carrier”), Western Refining Company, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Shipper”), and, solely for purposes of acknowledging Section 2(c) hereof, Western Refining Southwest, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“WRSW”).
