This Sublicense Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of ____________, 2021, by and between BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. (f/k/a Barclays Global Investors, N.A.), a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States (“BlackRock”) and The Bank of New York Mellon (f/k/a The Bank of New York), a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York acting in its capacity as trustee (the “Trustee”) of the iShares Gold Trust Micro, a trust organized under the laws of the State of New York (the “Trust”).
