This Trust Water Right Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Washington, Department of Ecology (“Ecology”), and Northland Resources, LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Sapphire Skies (“Sapphire Skies”), each of which are also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”, pursuant to Chapters 90.38 and 90.42 RCW.
