INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 17, 2012 by and among RAIT Financial Trust (“RAIT”), a Maryland real estate investment trust, RAIT General, Inc. (“RGI”), a Maryland corporation, RAIT Limited, Inc.
