WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust (“Deed of Trust”) dated July 14, 2016, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1319, at page 773, West Virginia Coil Manufacturing, Inc., conveyed all that certain lot or parcel of land which is the subject of this Trustee's Real Estate Contract to BB&T Collateral Service Corporation, as Trustee, in trust to secure payment of the sum of $446,250.00 to Truist Financial (f/k/a Branch Banking and Trust Company).
