This AGREEMENT, made this , between Tupelo Water and Light Department, hereinafter called the “Owner” and R.O.W. Pro, LLC (Contractor), having its principal offices located at 2143 Hwy 348, Blue Springs, Mississippi 38828 and registered to do business in the State of Mississippi, hereinafter called the “CONTRACTOR”. This AGREEMENT may not be modified nor amended except by written instrument executed on behalf of each party by an officer or other duly appointed representative.
